FAQ

  • We aim to get all orders out within 24 hours however this sometimes cannot be done due to various reasons. A good time schedule to go off is 1-3 working days and we will always keep you updated on your order.

  • There is a flat fee for mainland Europe and we cannot offer any other services. Your order should be with you within 3-10 working days.

  • We have PayPal available as a payment method. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use our PayPal service.

    However shipping will only be handled if you have a PayPal confirmed address 

     

  • Your warranty is provided by ourselves and is valid for 2 years. This covers the mechanical part of the watch however we do not cover the bracelets what have been damaged to wear and tear or lack of care.


    If there is a issue with your watch please send a email to our customer services team and they will guide you through the process. It normally takes us around 7 working days to complete your repair however times can vary and are normally quicker.
