We are experts in our field. We are antique and modern watch, clock and jewellery repair specialists. We are knowledgeable about the products we sell and can offer good advice when you are considering a purchase or experiencing a problem. Our brands are carefully selected for the integrity of their styling and the quality of their manufacture.

We have a busy shop and are not just an internet warehouse operation selling goods in quantity with little customer service or knowledge of the product. We endeavour to provide a personal service and we are always available to answer your questions on the phone and by email. We take a pride in providing good Customer Care service.

We monitor our stock levels on a daily basis. We keep a large stock in our shop and if a watch is in stock in the shop we can usually despatch it on the same day. If an item is not in the shop, we can usually supply it within 5-7 working days. If there is likely to be any delay we will always inform you and we also invite you to tell us if you have a deadline that you need to meet. As soon as we find out that an item has been discontinued or is temporarily out of stock we will update our database accordingly.

We are a modern company and use all the technology available to us to provide a fast, efficient and reliable service. There are computers on the sales counter and workbenches and in the home offices so that we can reply to your questions quickly. We would expect to reply to a query within a few hours at most, often within minutes. We also have mobile internet technology which enables us to stay aware of your needs if we are on the move.
